A team in Asunción, doing this every week

Paraguay residency is not complicated in principle. It is complicated in the details: which apostille chain a specific country needs, which document expires before which appointment, what a bank actually wants to see before it opens an account. We handle the details because we handle them constantly, not because they are secret.

Your team

Who you will deal with

We read and answer every message ourselves.

How we work

One fixed fee per route, quoted before you commit. A document checklist built for your nationality, not a generic PDF. And when the standard route is wrong for your case, we tell you in your first message, and point you to the Investor Pass, or to waiting, rather than filing something that will not serve you.

They read and answer every inquiry themselves.

Comparing us with other providers? Our guide to choosing a Paraguay residency agent sets out the questions to ask all of us.

What we do not do

We do not quote figures we cannot stand behind: every legal or financial number on this site is either confirmed or clearly marked as an estimate we will confirm in writing for your case. We do not advise on your home country's own tax rules. That is a question for your own accountant, and we say so rather than guessing.

After you write

What happens after you message us

No call to book and no sales script. This is the order things happen in.

  1. Straight away

    Your message reaches a person

It lands with the team itself: no bot, no call centre. Anton, Yanina or Diana reads it.

  2. Within one working day

A written answer from a named person

We ask the four things that decide your route: your nationality, where you live now, whether you want to move or keep a base, and who applies with you.

  3. The first week

Your route and fixed fee, in writing

Once you have answered: the route that fits, our fixed fee and what it covers, the government and document costs listed separately, and the checklist for your nationality. Nothing starts until you say yes in writing.

  4. The first month

Your documents, in the right order

You gather the documents; send us photos and we tell you what is usable. Apostilles and translations are sequenced so nothing goes stale, and we agree the filing schedule with you.

Document timing depends on the offices in your country. We plan around it with you, never around a promised date.

The rest of what we run

This site handles the done-for-you residency services. The Investor Pass is our dedicated brand for direct permanent residency by investment, and the residency guide is a written-down, kept-current reference if you would rather read the whole process yourself first.
